Engraving Appearance & Custom Policy Clarification

Engraving is a detailed process, and it is normal for engraved jewelry to show slight variations depending on light, angle, or reflection. In some cases, a negative or shadow effect may appear on certain sides or under specific lighting. This is a natural characteristic of the engraving process and does not indicate a defect.

All engravings are completed exactly as requested by the customer. This includes the design, text, orientation, and any images provided.

Please note:

• If a customer submits an incorrect image, low-quality file, or missing/unclear information, the engraving will still be completed based on what was provided.

• Because engraved items are custom-made, Engravia Customs does not offer changes, refunds, or replacementsonce the engraving has been completed.
