This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all online purchases made from Engravia Customs LLC (“Engravia Customs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


1. Shipping Information

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Standard, non-custom items typically ship within 2–3 business days after payment is approved.

  • Custom and engraved products may require 1–3 business days for production before shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times

Transit times depend on the carrier and your location. Typical timeframes after shipment include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States, including most U.S. territories.

  • International shipping, if available at checkout, may include customs duties or import taxes that the customer is responsible for.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

  • Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If needed, we may request an updated physical address.

  • Deliveries to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may require additional transit time due to military routing.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at
info@engraviacustoms.com within 7 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date.
Photos of damage may be requested to assist with carrier claims.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Because we specialize in custom engraving and personalized products, our return policy reflects the unique nature of these items.

2.1 Return Eligibility

Custom & Engraved Items

  • All customized, engraved, or personalized items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except when:

    • There is a manufacturing defect,

    • The item arrives damaged, or

    • An error was made on our part (e.g., incorrect engraving).

Please report issues within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.

Non-Custom Items

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging (tags, boxes, accessories)

We reserve the right to deny returns that show wear or damage unrelated to shipping or production.


2.2 How to Start a Return

To request a return for eligible items:

  1. Email us at Info@engraviacustoms.com with:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack items securely in original packaging and ship to the provided address.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


2.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error or a verified defect, we may provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return costs.


2.4 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing, plus bank processing time.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


2.5 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please:

  1. Request a return (if eligible).

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.


2.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Email us within 5 days at Info@engraviacustoms.com.

  2. Include photos of the damage and packaging, plus your order number.

  3. After review, we will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.


3. Holiday & Promotional Return Exceptions

During certain promotional or holiday periods, we may offer extended return windows.
Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page, at checkout, or in promotional materials.

Unless stated otherwise, the standard return policy applies.


4. Policy Changes

Engravia Customs LLC may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect once posted on our website and apply to future orders.
