Important: Don’t forget to add commas between phrases so we know which message goes on each side or page.

I understand that this is a personalized accessory and therefore a final sale. No exchanges or returns are accepted, as each piece goes through a fully customized design, editing, engraving, and hand-packaging process.

I understand that the product will be engraved using the exact photograph and/or text I provide. Please follow the guidelines — photos must be close-up and well-lit, and all text must have correct spelling, as it will be engraved exactly as submitted.

The illustration is created based on the photo provided, with a maximum of three people and/or one pet. Each illustration is 100% hand-drawn. For pets, a full-face illustration will be created. For people, because the style is line art, eyes and nose are not drawn.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review the full product description, including sizes and dimensions, before placing an order.
