How to Send Your Handwriting:
• Write with a dark pencil or black pen on white paper for best clarity.
• Keep your message short — 8–10 characters works best.

Your design will be engraved on the front and back sides.

(Important: Don’t forget to add commas between phrases so we know which message goes on each side).
• Longer text will be resized to fit the pendant.
• Upload your picture using the upload box provided.
• We can engrave any language, as well as simple drawings or symbols.

Due to the unique nature of the materials used, colors and patterns may vary slightly from the images shown.

Care Instructions

Stainless steel is an extremely durable material, only surpassed by solid gold, making it an excellent choice in terms of cost and quality.

It is recommended to store each piece separately to avoid scratches.

I understand that this is a personalized accessory and therefore a final sale. No exchanges or returns are accepted, as each piece goes through a fully customized design, editing, engraving, and hand-packaging process.

I understand that the product will be engraved using the exact photograph and/or text I provide. Please follow the guidelines — photos must be close-up and well-lit, and all text must have correct spelling, as it will be engraved exactly as submitted.

The illustration is created based on the photo provided, with a maximum of three people and/or one pet. Each illustration is 100% hand-drawn. For pets, a full-face illustration will be created. For people, because the style is line art, eyes and nose are not drawn.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review the full product description, including sizes and dimensions, before placing an order.
